Why can't I download a GIF file?
GIF files are only available when exporting videos that are 10 seconds or shorter. If you'd like to create a GIF file from your video, please check for the "GIF" icon on the thumbnail in the creative gallery.
My exports are taking a long time to complete
Export speed depends on several factors:
- Internet connection speed
- Computer's speed and performance
- Amount of applications/tabs open
For speeding-up your exports, we recommend you close unnecessary tabs in your browser, make sure no uploads/download are happening at the same time of export, and that your internet connection is working properly.
PRO TIP: For the fastest exports, keep the "Export" dialog tab open and visible. Your browser will give this tab the highest priority, hence finishing the export sooner.
My Browser freezes/stops responding/Works slowly?
If you experience slow performance, freezes or hangs - we recommend closing unused tabs in your browser, and closing other programs that may be running and taking up your computer's free memory.
For the best performance, we recommend having at least 8Gb of RAM installed on your PC.
Why can't I upload my images?
Vidoo currently supports uploading JPG and PNG files, in RGB color mode.
If you can't upload your image, please make sure it is in one of the formats above, and in RGB color mode, as CYMK color mode is not supported.
Why are my images blurry?
If your imported images appear blurry, try uploading images with a better resolution. As a rule of thumb, try using images that are at least 1000 pixels in height/width for SD exports and images that are 2000 pixels in height/width for HD exports.
I can't see my downloaded video. Where is it?
Windows: By default, mp4 or GIF files are downloaded into the "My downloads" folder on your PC.
You can find it by clicking on "My computer", and then on the "My downloads folder".
Mac: Downloads are automatically saved in the "Downloads" folder. Use "Finder" to locate the "Downloads" folder.
